4. Product Viewing via WhatsApp Video Call

To assist domestic and international buyers sourcing bulk sarees, Navaarth may offer product viewing through live WhatsApp video calls.

During these calls:

• Products may be demonstrated live

• Additional designs may be shown

• Buyers may request clarification on fabrics, colors, and quantities

Video calls are intended to help buyers make informed wholesale purchasing decisions.

However:

• Live demonstrations may vary slightly from the final product delivered due to fabric batches or lighting conditions.

• Video calls do not constitute a guarantee of exact visual match.

5. Video Call Booking Fee

Certain product viewing sessions may require a video call booking fee, typically ranging between USD 5–8 or equivalent.

This fee:

• Helps schedule dedicated product demonstrations

• Is fully adjustable against the final order invoice if an order is placed

The booking fee is non-refundable if no order is placed.

6. Wholesale Order Process

Wholesale orders generally follow this process:

1. Product inquiry or video call request

2. Product viewing and discussion

3. Product selection and quantity confirmation

4. Issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI)

5. Payment confirmation

6. Order preparation and dispatch

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment confirmation and written acceptance of the Proforma Invoice.

7. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

As a bulk saree supplier, Navaarth may apply minimum order quantities depending on the product category.

MOQ requirements will be communicated to buyers prior to order confirmation.

8. Pricing

All prices quoted by Navaarth are wholesale prices intended for business buyers.

Prices:

• Do not include shipping charges unless specified

• Do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the Proforma Invoice issued before order confirmation.

• partial advance with balance before dispatch

Orders will not proceed to preparation or shipment until payment confirmation is received.

10. Shipping & Export

Navaarth supplies both domestic wholesale orders and international export shipments.

Domestic Orders

Orders are dispatched through trusted logistics partners.

International Orders

Export shipments are dispatched through courier, freight, or shipping partners.

International buyers are responsible for:

• customs clearance

• import duties and taxes

• compliance with local import regulations

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or logistics delays.

11. No Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of wholesale saree supply and bulk textile orders, Navaarth follows a no return and no refund policy once orders are confirmed and dispatched.

Exceptions may apply only if:

• incorrect items were shipped

• verified manufacturing defects exist

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence.
